Go to the website https://pu.ivainsurance.com/
Policy Update System Click here and I will take you there.
Put your mouse pointer on any blank green portion of the web bage that loads.
Right click the mouse 1 time.
Left click the word 'Create Shortcut'
A prompt will appear asking if you are sure you want to do this. Yes you are.
Minimize the page and you will see a shortcut that looks like an ie page. Lets change that icon.
Click here to download PU Icon
Click run
Click Run again
A winzip self extractor will appear. There is a set path for this file to go.
The icon path is: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Favorites\Inquiry.ico (You will need to copy this path. Make sure your curser does not go beyond the last letter ie. spaces are no good.)
Now you have your shortcut and Icon. We need to change the Icon on the shortcut. Lets do it this way.
Hold your mouse pointer over the shortcut that we just created and right click 1 time.
Left Click the word Properties 1 time.
A box will appear and you should see the button that says 'Change Icon' Left click that button 1 time.
Paste the path mentioned above into the 'Look for icons in this file' text box.
Click 'OK' the icon will appear. Click 'OK' again.
Click 'Apply' and then 'OK'.
The icon is now set. Thank You very much.

This version has the Receipt Button disabled.
